Pursuant to article 13 of Decree 196/2003 we hereby inform you that this organization possesses personal information about you for the purpose of drawing and executing contracts or for   communications through the internet. This information may have been acquired verbally, directly or through a third party, and it is defined “personal” according to Decree 196/2003- Code regulating the protection of personal information. The Code states that whoever  processes personal data is bound to inform the subject about the personal details that are being processed and   on  some elements of the processing.

The processing of personal data must be correct, legal and transparent and it must preserve your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant  to the law, we provide the following information:

1 Nature of the information processed

 

1.1. Log Files

The computer systems and applications in place for the running of this website acquire, while operating, some information which is not associated to directly identifiable  Users. The transmission of this information is implicit when using internet communication protocols.

The information collected include: IP addresses, domain names of the computers used by the Users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested sources, the request times, the method used to subject the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numeric code indicating the status of the reply provided by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relative to the operating system and to the User's informatics environment.

This information is used with the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the site usage and to monitor its proper functioning and is deleted after processing has taken place.

1.2. Data willingly provided by the User

The voluntary and explicit sending of emails to the addresses which appear in the different parts of this site and   filling out  the forms provided  imply that the user/sender's address and data will be acquired in order to reply to the requests and/or provide the service required.
Specific synthesis statements will be  posted on those web pages which have been earmarked for particular on-demand services.

1.3. Cookies

No informatics techniques are used for the direct acquisition of personal data which might identify the user.

The so-called session cookies are deleted once the Ferrara T.U.A. S.p.A. website is exited.

The  Ferrara T.U.A. S.p.A. informatics systems do not use:

  • cookies for the transmission of personal data;
  • persistent cookies of any type.

Scope

Ferrara T.U.A. S.p.A. processes personal data only when this is strictly necessary for performing its  activities and does not process personal information when anonymous data or other methods that allow to identify the user only when necessary are sufficient.

Users are free to provide the personal data appearing in the request forms for the many services offered on the portal. Not providing the data requested when obligatory will cause  rejection of the request.

Communication and Diffusion of Personal Data

The personal data supplied by the users who request dispatch of informative material (mailing-lists, reply to inquiries , newsletters, acts and provisions) are used with the sole purpose of supplying or performing the service requested and are communicated to third parties only
